The third event in the Maverick Speakers Series features a lecture and book-signing with Pulitzer Prize-winning author and historian Doris Kearns Goodwin. Goodwin is the author of the best-seller Team of Rivals: The Political Genius of Abraham Lincoln, which is currently being made into a major motion picture.
